The Scholarship Program began shortly after the Alumni Association was formed. The Alumni Association was adopted and is a chapter of The Exposure Foundation, which was founded by Towers alumnus Abdalla Rashad Tau. Under the mission of The Exposure Foundation, we hope to be tremendously involved in improving the life of the youth and their families.
This scholarship is to allow a graduating senior from Towers High to be eligible to compete for this scholarship, as well as having the option of pursuing a variety of formal education programs. The school’s principal, head counselor, and PTSA president receives information about The Towers High Alumni Association Scholarship in the spring. The criteria upon which the recipients are chosen may include any or all of the following: scholastic aptitude, academic achievement, financial need, student involvement, a sincere desire to enter a formal program of education and a choice of a realistic career goal.
